Product is good quality, but DPD courier was AWFUL - they dumped my package on the street (busy street in Edinburgh). Luckily a neighbour spotted it, but not before package had been opened by a passerby. Won't order from Bissell again because of this.

Horrible costumer service. Bought a BISSELL vacuum cleaner in April 2023 and I had to throw it away after only a year cause it wasn’t suctioning anymore. Bought the same one again in May 2024 and parts of the floor nozzle came off multiple times until they got lost. Suction isn’t great on it either after only 5 months and cleaning the filter monthly (as I thought it was my fault for not cleaning the filter the first time around). Costumer service is useless and direct you to buying spare parts even when product is still on warranty. I spent £125 on 2 vacuum cleaners + spare parts when I could’ve just purchased a better vacuum cleaner that wouldn’t break after a few months. Safe to say I live in a studio flat with hard floors so I don’t even know how it is possible to go through 2 vacuum cleaners in less than 1.5years. Just speaks on quality. Model is 2024E. Avoid at all costs.

Choosing the model that I wanted to buy and ordering it, was a trouble free experience. Delivery was fast, I ordered on a Sunday evening and it was delivered Tuesday morning. The carpet cleaner was easy to put together and then to use. I was very pleased with the effectiveness of the carpet cleaner…I did a deep clean and it looks like new! It was a good buying experience.

Disappointing Customer service. My BISSELL Pro Heat cracked on both sides around the handle area after limited use. Looks like it could have been a weakness in the plastic but customer services were just not interested.

I was thinking about getting a cleaner for my hard floors after buying a Bissell carpet cleaner earlier this year. This is, like my previous Bissell cleaners, so good that I bought my hard floor cleaner with confidence. This is an amazing machine. It came the next day, free delivery with DPD. It was securely packed and was easy to assemble. After charging I used it to clean all my ground floor rooms and upstairs bathrooms. It dispenses the solution itself and vacuums as it goes. The floors are left slightly damp, but no water drips, then you put it back on the base charger, press a button and it cleans itself. All you do now is rinse the roller and give it a wipe. The clean and dirty water tanks are both tiny, but very economical and efficient. I had thought my floors were quite clean before, but the dirty water told a different story! This will be in daily use now as it’s a pleasure to use and gives great results.

I would like to thank Bissell for great customer service. I chose to pay via PayPal, although the payment was taken out of my account quite soon after the purchase, nonetheless, it took many days for Bissell to receive the money from PayPal. By which time my purchase was no longer valid on their system. Bissell was very patient and professional, they refunded the money, and assisted me to repurchase the carpet cleaner at the same time, followed by next day delivery. My original purchase had a discount on it, which expired over the course of time. Bissell kindly re-applied just for me. I purchased the Revolution Hydrosteam, which I have used twice in the same room. Three cleaning detergents were included: the Oxygen Boost and Wash & Protect Pro Stain & Odor (x2). I learnt from my first attempt, I made sure the room was as empty as possible so that I could reach corners. I avoided using too much water & followed the detergent instructions. I combined both the Oxygen Boost and the Wash & Protect Pro Stain & Odor fluids. There were areas where I applied a lot of the water and the cleaning fluids, I made sure I paid equal amount of attention to those areas when it came to the drying. I vacuumed until when the machine was suctioning no more water. These little tips yielded a better outcome in terms of the cleanness of the carpet, drying time, and getting rid of the odor that only got worse after the first wash. My second attempt at the carpet wash was very successful. I must confess I had to sprinkle white vinegar on the carpet, left it for about 20-30 minutes and began the washing. I started the washing at 12pm and finished just before 13:00 hrs. The carpet didn't dry completely in 30 minutes, I would rate the dampness as less than 5% by evening, roughly 6 hours later. By the completion of 24 hours the surface of the carpet felt quite dry.

No fuss, fast delivery. This is a Christmas present, so has not been unpacked yet

The electric mop/hoover works well but would have appreciated a small instruction manual, which I found on the internet, as the pictured instructions were not clear. It was a choice between this and the electric mop with a double roller - wish this one had the benefit of the double roller by getting to the edges.

Ordering and delivery were fine. Although the box was broken with a bashed-in hole on the the top the goods themselves were undamaged. Cleaner itself functions ok but does throw a lot of dust forward instead of collecting it.

very good product, I use it for panels and carpets, it cleans perfectly. the only drawback is the loudnes

Got it cos it drys quick on Express mode & has left my carpet fine. Setting it up was a challenge but it's easy & convenient 2 use. Cheers
