I knocked off 2 Stars as I bought the Big Green directly from Bissell as they had 10% off then they promptly knock the price down even more 20% on Amazon Prime day. The machine itself is excellent, and the speed of delivery was great. Just left a sour taste in my mouth about the pricing. I bought it on the 21st Sep, Amazon prime deal 8th Oct was £639 from £719 I Paid Ouch.

Website easy to use and order from, good communication with regards to dispatch and delivery. Only issue was with the attaching the handle to the base due to debris left over inside from the manufacturing process. This needed removal to allow the 2 parts to connect.

After searching for a floor cleaner that actually does the job I found this cleaner . As my wife only pushed the dirt around with a spongy thing which ended up in the fine grooves of our new floor (LVT planks) it was great to find this machine that actually mopped the floor with a built in roller then sucked up the dirt and then squeegeed the floor almost dry ! Having the two water tanks (one for the cleaning fluid and one for the dirty water pickup) it really works . Amazing so I bought it for my wife for her birthday !!!
