The instructions are confusing
You were extremely helpful when I had questions about my ( very) old Bissell carpet cleaner, and couldn't have been nicer - so I ordered a new one! Delivery service was excellent. Dpd are reliably efficient. I'm now looking forward to my carpets looking as good as new when my Christmas visitors arrive!
I've always brought bissell products because they stand the test of time they are reliable, never break down worth every penny, back in the day I wasted my money on other brand names but can honestly say bissell is the best and I will continue with these great products

Website was easy to use and ordering swas straightforward. Ordered hard floor cleaner one day and it was delivered the following day. Cleaner was easy to assemble and instructions were clear. Have only used it once to date but it did what I hoped it would do - make cleaning a large area of porcelain tiles simple. Amazed at how dirty the water was!!! The self-cleaning function was great.
