I ordered our replacement 40m rotary washing line on Friday 23rd and it was delivered promptly and securely packaged AM on Monday 26th June. Unpacking it, I found all the components in tact but was unable to fully erect it until I had released the tension by letting off the line tension clip and pulling the line through one arm, thereby losing one drying length. The new umbrella type stage locking system is a distinct improvement on the twist action of earlier models that, even after releasing tension in the lines, required the strength of an Olympic weight lifter to engage in the locking position. The lines themselves are of smaller diameter than our previous one but appear to do the job, with more care in pegging. Disappointingly, the whole assembly once erected is several inches shorter than our old model so I have made use of the longer lower section from the old one. What would have been useful, but omitted from the components supplied, is a protective cap to fit over the spike when the washing line is dismantled

Company is ok but cannot say much for the delivery company that they use. Placed order on the 15th was told delivery was on the 19th waited in all day for nothing. 22nd I contacted the company only to be told that the delivery was attempted on the 19th and a card had been left. Nothing of the sort happened, no delivery and certainly no card left. Again I was told delivery would be on the 26th and my Rotary Line cover arrived.

Yes, 5 stars and the clothes dryer is brilliant it's just how it is advertised. So pleased we have spent the extra money and I would recommended this company, ordering updates to delivery with the clothes dryer being very well packed.
