Only have a small garden so the 30 m rotary line is ideal. The only place selling them I could find is the Home Laundry Company. Item delivered without any fuss, Line is easy to put up and take down. Only issue is the line isn't taut but I have instructions to fix that.

I can not praise the home laundry company enough, my wife and I bought a rotary dryer from the company, which arrived very quickly unfortunately a small plastic part had been damaged and after taking a photo of this and speaking with a very pleasant lady who I must say was fantastic within a couple of days a new part was dispatched. This level of customer service is incredible and I cannot thank them enough. The product itself is very good 10 out of 10.

Great sturdy product, easy to assemble, and prompt delivery. One minor point, I note that there is a 5 year guarantee, but there appears to be no link to register this guarantee.

Excellent service, fast delivery and a good product. We bought an extra large 60M multi-height Rotary washing line. Now have loads of room for a large wash.

Bought rotary dryer to replace my last one which was destroyed by a dead tree in my garden falling onto it. I am perfectly happy with the product and service first and second time and I like the dryer cover which fades into the back ground,.

Remote specifying, ordering and delivery as it should be done. I got exactly what I expected to get - no flowery language and no over egging of their pudding !! I got it exactly when I expected to get it ( within 1/2 an hour in a pre-advised 1 hour slot - well done DPD delivery service) Packing was good without being ridiculous - i.e I could get in with only a kitchen knife, not a hacksaw !! Yup I'd most certainly use them again particularly as no-one else seems to make a strong well-made SMALL rotary clothes line

Delivery was superb - ordered one day, delivered the next. Chose this particular product because it needed to fit into a 4cm spike already in the ground, and there aren't many rotary airers around with that size pole, frustratingly. On the plus side, the airer seems solidly built, rotates easily and is simple to put up and down - I haven't struggled like other people seem to have done. On the downside, the lines are very close together so it's really only practical to use alternate lines which obviously halves the amount of washing the airer can take. And, more significantly, after using it just twice with normal loads, the outside lines are already sagging dramatically which doesn't bode well. I've tried moving the airer up to the higher fixtures supposedly for warm weather (it's not that warm outside) and fiddling around to redistribute the lines as per a You Tube video I saw on the company's website but it hasn't helped. There is a re-tensioning clip and instructions, but these clearly state this is to be used as a 'last resort' so I'm wary of making things worse. Perhaps things won't get any worse but I fear this line won't be around for more than one season and next spring I'll be looking for another replacement. If I could have separated the scores I'd have given 5* for delivery and 4* for the product itself.
