Not being quite sure of the size of rotary dryer I would need I telephoned this firm and explained my requirements to a very knowledgable gentleman who definitely knew his products so helped me to decide on the model I would require! He also said as it was the Easter holiday weekend that delivery would take a few days longer which did not bother me as our garden is in the process of being redesigned so dryer won't be erected for another week! I would definitely recommend this company!

I broke the original socket trying to remove it from its concrete base. I inquired about a replacement by e-mail on the Sunday and got a reply on the Monday morning. I ordered the part on-line and it was with me 2 days later. Excellent service and decent price!

I am really pleased with the service I've received from The Home Laundry Co. My questions about the weight of the product were quickly and accurately answered on-line. Ordered late Tuesday afternoon, delivered first thing Thursday morning. The line is very well made, sturdy and easy to adjust. The only small drawback is that the actual line used is quite thin. Thinner garments need pegs with a very narrow grip. I had to buy new pegs.

The quality is excellent and the delivery was fast and on time.

Ordered new rotary line Friday via phone, delivered as promised on Monday. Great to speak to UK based customer service desk, who know their products. 50m rotary line is a substantial weighty beast with an excellent cover. Should last significantly longer than my last Homebase one, which only managed 3 years before pole snapped off at ground level. Competitively priced and has 5 year guarantee. Can't go wrong.
