I ordered my line spike on 25th May 2017 I still haven't received this item despite the fact I called to tell them this. Very disappointed.

Think the garden rotary clothes dryer is fantastic, have had one for 6/7 years. Bought a 'spike ' to replant my dryer which turned out to be wrong part and was disappointed when company refused a refund. Even though I was paying nearly £100 for a new dryer. 9/6 conversation with very pleasant lady from laundry company who apologised for mistake regarding credit for spike, she promised immediate refund so I take back my complaint!!!

Rotary airer came the next day- fantastic service and excellent value for money. Had more expensive Brabantia model before - this is is at least half the price plus free spike and very attractive cover- totally tops dearer models. I am recommending your site to everyone I know!!!

Bought the 5 line retractable clothes line, came with correct rawlplugs, screws, with complete instructions for assembling . Very impressed with the results, In the past I had purchased single line retractable lines, everyone eventually snapped. Highly recommend this product.

These are the best covers for extra large rotary lines, ok bit more expensive but last 3 times as long, my last cover lasted 6 years out all year round. Just need a warm wash over to look as good as new. Highly recommended. I ordered on the Monday, delivered Tuesday great service. Will be ordering again in another 6 years, thanks Home Laundry Company.

I had to wait for the product to come in and was told the wrong date to begin with. When the item came in, I was charged for 3 lots of postage for a light item coming to one address. I think this was over the top. One lot of postage would have been fair.

Excellent company. Whilst the item required was out of stock I received a call when stock was restored. Two days later I had a delivery. That is what I call service.

Do what they say. Part I required out of stock and was told the would contact me once back in stock. And yes they did. Very impressed

Had expected a cap for the hole once spike is in the ground. Pleased otherwise.

I found the airer to be difficult to erect, and even more difficult to let down after use. Once up it was OK, but I preferred the old one I had which wound up from the bottom, as I have problems with arthritis in my hands.

I ordered a standard size rotary airer cover from The Home Laundry company Ltd. to fit a 50M Rotary Washing Line. This is a Water resistant zipped rotary washing line cover made out of a cotton / polyester mix. It has a smart Green trailing plant design which looks well in the Garden. The order was dealt with very promptly. Fast delivery and excellent service from The Home Laundry company Ltd.

I found an unusual design of outdoor airer with this company, freestanding but far more stable than the one I'd had before. It's rock solid, even loaded up with bed linen. The price was reasonable and the product was well packaged and delivered promptly. I've only had it a week, so can't comment on durability or longevity.
