This is the second time I have ordered goods from the Home Laundry Company. Any email queries are answered fully and promptly and the delivery is made very quickly. I haven't used my new whirly yet but I'm sure it will be ok. It arrived fully 'strung' and well packaged.
Ours was the second purchase - again great value and really fast delivery as standard, not at extra cost. When we received our product it was faulty. The company responded to our phone call immediately and a replacement arrived the next day. We wish every company was as responsive when something goes wrong!

I have not used my new washing line yet as we are moving at the end of November but I would certainly rate the Laundry Company first class for timely delivery. My washing line arrived faster than a first class letter!!!
My second order for an extendable drying rack. I wanted to match this order to my first, but the website showed the item in cream instead of the white/ blue I already had. I rang to ask if the white/blue was still available but was told cream is the new colour. I ordered anyway, but on receipt it was white/blue to match my existing rack. So pleased! Delighted you were able to supply a matching rack. Thank you so much for excellent service again.
