Really poor delivery service - no communication/don't turn up on the day they said they would. Item also arrived with one arm smashed and hanging off. Customer service were good with arranging a new one which arrived the next day but still really disappointed with the choice of delivery company given the £12 charge for postage/packaging.

Ordered my airier on Monday evening and it arrived on Wednesday. Excellent service and good robust product. Very satisfied.

Delivery was spot on. With all the rain we have had over the past few days, I've not had a chance to try out my rotary line yet. I must say, there was no need to use the new spike as the new line fitted into my old one. I was advised that the delivery would be between 3 to 5 days, imagine my surprise when it arrived the next day. Well done I say.

Ordered a Rotary Drier from The Home Laundry Company unfortunately it wasn't suitable for us as we We're replacing our old drier and wanted the new one to go into the same ground spike that we already had cemented into our patio but the diameter of the pole was too big which was our fault we didn't measure correctly (well my husband didn't!) it was a shame as the drier looked excellent quality, The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

The rotary washing line seems really good - easy to install and operate.

My rotary line was delivered within 24 hours which was amazing. Unfortunately the crank handle was missing when my husband was going to put it in the ground. It was a Friday so I called the office and left a message as it was after hours. I also sent an email and was very pleased to here from Becky on the Saturday (who I had ordered it from) she went above and beyond helping as the offices were closed for the weekend. She promised to send the crank first class Monday and true to her word I received it on the Tuesday. The office also contacted me on the Monday morning to check that everything was ok. I have no hesitation in recommending The Home Laundry Company.
