Great product but depending on your post code there can be an extra charge for delivery.
The clothes line was of minimum diameter - less the 3mm - which is not, in my opinion, acceptble in a product that is marketed as being high quality which was reflected in the c125 price. Telephone call to compain met with unhelpful dismissive response. No free return and cost of returning it prohibitive.
The Rotary Airer arrived very quickly, and is of a high quality. Our previous one lasted us nine years! Very happy with goods from The Home Laundry Company Ltd and would highly recommend them.

Replacement for previous drier- slightly different base arrangement but fitted existing pole in ground. Find the design very robust ( my fault previous model broke as left it out in snow and plastic cracked) reasonably priced, highly recommended

Exactly what i needed
Well pleased with their delivery service. Received the line after only three days since placing my order. A couple of things have been improved since I bought one quite a few years ago.
Quick delivery. Well packaged. A sturdy rotary with an attractive cover to protect it when not in use.
From ordering to delivery was very quick. The rotary airer came two days after ordering Was advised it would take 3 to 5 working days.
