Fantastic service, my washing line arrived next day. Seems to be a really good product and easy to use. My only slight reservation is that the joint between the bottom section and top section could be just a little tighter to prevent a wobble.

Delivery took only 3-4 days. We are very pleased with the equipment, I concreted the spike in and 3 days later we had the washing hung out. Great piece of kit.

Very good service product arrived very quickly after order. Their rotary line cover is amazing - makes the line,when folded, melt into the garden you just don't notice it. Also it keeps the line dry and the zip means young children cannot easily undo it. We have recently moved house so this is the second one I have bought.

Bought a rotary line a couple of years ago which I thought was good - but difficult to get too excited about a washing line. Unfortunately it broke over the weekend. Emailed the company with a copy of the invoice and two photos and within a couple of hours had an email back confirming it would be replaced under the warranty. Following day a delivery man arrived at my front door with the replacement. Excellent service.

I ordered a new rotary washing line to replace a recently deceased one. It came with a cover and base for cementing into the ground. The instructions on the website about how to put it up were clear and easy to follow (as a 60+ woman, I had never done it before for myself). The washing line is very good quality, and I am really pleased with it.

63 A bit difficult to raise the first time because it is different but now it is up and ready and has needed no adjustmements. The line pole is lower than usual and will seldom need to be shortened.

There was an initial mistake with my order (two clothes dryers sent instead of one) but this was rectified very swiftly and professionally. The product is very good and I would highly recommend this company.

The ordering process was simple and the new heavy duty rotary washing line was delivered a few days after ordering. The line was as described, it looks and feels to be of a very high quality and we are very pleased with. I had looked at various other sites and many were double the price that we paid from the Home Laundry Company. I am sure that this will last for a very long time which is what we were hoping for. We would definitely recommend this item and the company. It is big and holds all the washing we would ever need to hang out without any problem,

The Rotary Linen line arrived very quickly. It is strong and fitted our original 40mm hole perfectly. The cover that was free looks great as well. Would recommend this product. I phoned the Company to ensure that the pole was 40mm diam and they were very helpful.

Needed an additional base unit to extend the height of the line. Customer service was first class, base unit arrived and our line is working fine.

Great next day delivery! Post cemented and erected. Leaving for a couple of days before using. More than happy as I can see that it is more sturdy with flexible options than my previous one which lasted for many years. Looking forward to using in a day or two.

Spoke directly with a member of the company about the item and on the advice received purchased the clothes lne. Absolutely delighted with it. The vertical pole can very easily be split in two parts- the lower half can left In the ground whilst the top half : the line itself , can be removed and taken indoors during really inclement, weather, or the whole line can be left outside with the provided zipped cover over it. Excellent finish, everything is included to provide years of trouble free us

Would have given 5 stars but deducted because I was penalised for living in Inverness and had to pay extra delivery charge. Inverness is on the mainland!!!!
