A good quality product at a very good price

The service is so great, I got the batteries well before I was expecting them! They are so unbelievable cheap, and I can't find any difference in quality between them and the one supplied with the camera. The service is great, and I know now where to get any batteries I may need!

Delivery was prompt and after sales service was excellent. Although the replacement battery was faulty there were no problems whatsoever in getting a free replacement and the follow up service, once again, was exceptional. Pity all companies don't provide the same quality of service as Better Batt.

Being a man of few words, my opinion above says it all.

I inadvertently recycled my Canon camera charger, and I had an important photo shoot to attend. With Better Batt's help, a taxi driver picked up a new charger and got it to me in time. The photo shoot went well. The product that Better Batt sold me is great. I highly recommend the company.

I have had very good service from Better Batt from the produce, mailing and phone communication. And they do have a phone service here in Melbourne, without a menu, well done

Great response and fast shipping... Unfortunately, the only problem I encountered was the independent delivery service failed to make contact at the postal address and subsequently dropped the parcel at a Post Office in the area, which incurred unnecessary retrieval time...

My wifes camera had a shot battery so I checked on the internet to see who had one and at what price. The price from camera stores made it cheaper to buy a new camera so I started to look at known battery suppliers and came to the same conclusion then my search came up with Betta Batt. Not only were their prices lower but the battery arrived the next day. Then we could not find our charger so back to Betta Batt and and price and delivery of the charger were again lower and faster. I have been recommending them to friends for batteries with confidence.
