I was heading overseas on a trekking trip and needed a charger for my camera. The answered the phone promptly and even arranged for me to be able to pick up that day at their warehouse to help me out. Great service (especially considering that they are a mail order co.), great product - charged my camera battery as good as a proprietary one, but for 20% of the price.

The last time I bought a replacement battery for my laptop through a different company it took ages to get to me I had trouble even installing it contacted them they insisted it was right, it buckled with in a week and they refused to do anything. My battery from better batteries only took a few days to arrive and was cheaper so far no issues. Will certainly recommend and buy from them in the future

I ordered these online and because I ordered 3; I got free shipping as well. The parcel arrived very shortly after. Excellent service! Highly recommended for all sorts of batteries at very good prices.

Better Batt has a huge range of batteries which have been hard to find anywhere else. To get an original spare for my camera was going to be more than $85, Better Batt sent me two batteries and a charger for about $50 with free postage. Ordering was really simple and they accept PayPal. The package arrived much faster than expected and the charger is fast. The batteries were slightly lower mAh than the original, but they last for plenty of time and now with a separate charger I can swap batteries and keep using the camera (previously I could only charge the battery in the camera). Try Better Batt next time you need extra batteries.

The first battery was the wrong one but they replaced it straight away - 2nd battery didn't work but again no reservations - they replaced it. All this was at no cost to me and they certainly were prompt. Their service was just wonderful and I will deal with them again. Not often you get such great service from a company - especially one on the internet.

I was looking for a new battery from my HP Laptop 6 yes old and battery was completely dead. found Better Batt, called them up and discussed my needs to about different batteries available and benefits of all and given honest advice instead of bait and switch to spend more money. Battery replacement fitted perfectly ring higher rated it does angle the laptop higher at the back but I found that beneficial being a touch typist the angle was much more preferable that normal flat angle. This helps to reduce fatigue on neck and arms. Would highly recommend them and will purchase from there without hesitation. Was great to be able to talk to someone that interfaced with me at my level in a friendly non condescending way that you get often from sales persons these days. Peter
