Hello. I have dealt with Better Batteries on 2 occassions in the past my most recent being a couple of weeks ago. The battery charger for my laptop had died and I needed a new one. I just searched Better Batteries on my computer, found the correct charger from their huge selection, clicked "buy" entered my payment details and I received a new charger the next day. Brilliant. I've bought several spare batteries for my cameras over the years from BetterBatt without any problems. Even when after nine months use my recent purchase for a GX7 started to lose charge quickly all it took was an email to BetterBatt and the replacement was sent the next day! No fuss, no cost. This is the sort of service that makes all the difference.

My battery order was fulfilled in one day however, the parcel was lost in the courier warehouse for over 2 weeks. When I raised the issues with Better Batt, they followed up with the courier company and stayed across the issue until the parcel was delivered.

I needed a new laptop power supply and camera battery charger after leaving these in a motel room a long way away. The replacements from Better Batt work perfectly and were very reasonably priced. The laptop power supply is much lighter than the original and good to travel with. No overheating or catching fire (had read horror stories about other replacement power supplies).

I purchased a battery and charger for my Sony action cam. It was easy to find the correct battery and it was delivered quickly. The battery seems to last much longer than my original Sony battery which was quite new. Very happy with Better Batt
