Great service prompt delivery!

I found betterbatt via google and found my battery straightaway, I found it 20 dollar cheaper than the same battery in other shops. Which is good but I googled on reviews before I ordered anyway since I was not familliar with betterbatt. Reviews are all very good so I ordered. The next day I had my battery! I seems to be a different brand (betterbatts own) than the one in my camera (Samsung). I didn't notice that on the site but it doesn't bother me. It works great and this seems to be a company that genuinely wants to offer good but affordable products. Thumbs up!

I have now bought batteries for 3 different brand cameras from Better Batt and have been thrilled with battery performance. No different to the camera brand product but at 3/4 of the price. Now affordable to have 2 spare batteries charged and on hand so I don't miss those must have photos at weddings or on holidays. I couldn't afford to have spare branded batteries on hand or risk losing them. Highly recommend Better Batt products.

Problems finding a particular battery used in piece of equipment. Checked various suppliers they were unable to assist. They had no knowledge of this battery. Better Batteries found the battery in question and supplied it in a fairly short space of time.
