Wandered into three Perth camera stores looking for a replacement battery to my Nikon Coolpix 5700. None could help and only one said they could order it in for $65. Fed up with that nonsense i went online and managed to purchase 2 x batteries with free delivery for $40 from Better Batt. Far superior online service and they arrived within a week. Purchased a battery charger and battery for my Sony Camera, at the time their was no after market AC charger available from Sony, however Better Batteries did have a compatible charger, which was AC and included a car charger and the price for both the charger and spare battery was very competitive. Delivery was a little outside the specified times, however we do live in a regional area and I did not realise that batteries would not be accepted by airlines as freight, so takes a little longer than other items by mail order. My only regret is that I did not know about this company long ago as I have spent a fortune on batteries and chargers in the past but know I am aware I will definitely use and recommend this company.

Wrong printer cartridges set and my flat mate opened. Didn't bother to send back as already opened. I checked order and website and said they would work with our printer. Easily fixed by not using them again.

I purchased a canon camera rechargeable battery at less than a 1/3 of the price I was quoted at Battery World. I was very satisfied with the service over the phone and as I needed the battery that night I was able to go to their warehouse and pick up the battery that day. The guys I dealth with both over the phone and at the warehouse were very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase batteries.
