Absolutely the best people to deal with.... I ordered battery and charger.. ordering... delivery etc was a breeze .... Then I couldn't get the charger to work, thought I'd ordered the wrong one... emailed to let them know and perhaps for them to help me order the right one .... Well it didn't end there... they sent me diagrams... emails ... pictures ... I couldn't even get the battery out of the camera but yes a diagram helped me release it... long story short they never gave up their service was impeccable and they eventually helped me put the thing together... it was always operator error and they never tired of helping me right this.... everything is working and my camera and I are back in action .... Batteries fit my camera. and they were posted out the same day. I should have ordered the charger at the same time to save postage. BUT I did order it at a later date.
It's working but don't now how good or bad, it's too early to say.

I was glad to find the batteries I needed. the price was the lowest listed, with a wide selection. They were delivered promptly and work well. I have only had them a month, so we'll see how well they perform.
Some items on my order were supplied with the usual efficiency and promptness. However , it was only while my order was being processed that BetterBatt discovered that the printer cartridges were not compatible with the printer they'd been matched with. Genuine cartridges were ordered as an alternative at extra cost, but were not supplied in reasonable time, resulting in the order being cancelled.
