Wrong item listed to what was sent out and received. Messaged their team and told not their fault, no refund, no taking products back, but next order 10% off!! Yeah I’m never buying from here again!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! Correct I didn’t reply after customer services contacted me as they declared the issue “resolved and closed ticket” absolutely pointless. Unless I can have a refund the review stays.
All I was hoping for. I now have an informed opinion on the best Oktoberfest beers. Favourite is Erdinger, not one of the official 6.
Ordered 12 cans of Früe Kolsch and 12 cans of Paulaner Radler from Beerhunter. Before it was due to be delivered I got an email saying only ‘10 bottles of Rice Rice Ale’ would be delivered. I emailed customer services saying I hadn’t ordered any bottles of this ale. They replied saying some orders had been mixed up and that my order was out for delivery. My order arrived same day but there were only 10 cans of the Paulaner instead of 12. I contacted customer services again who this time explained that they didn’t have enough stock to fulfil the order…and that a refund would be issued for the missing cans. That was nearly a week ago… I’m still waiting for it to go in my bank. I know it’s only a fiver but it’s the principal…they were a lot quicker in talking my money in the first place! Can’t say I am overly impressed with Beerhunter so far.
Used Beerhunter over a year now after trying various other online beer providers and these are by far the best and most reliable. I’ve ordered beers from Europe and North America using these and they never disappoint, they arrive within a few days , in good condition and with long dates on the beers.
