Ok ordering process but this was a gift and it did not allow me to address the parcel to the person at the intended address. And you used DPD, one of the worst - I don't think they even bothered to find a neighbour when, as usual, it was impossible to change the delivery time.
Great service start to finish, quick delivery for a last minute gift- customer service very responsive when I realised I may have left it too late vs the standard delivery times! Would recommend.
