Ordered two boxes of beer. Both arrived with bottles missing and one with shards of glass in it. Customer service mediocre at best. Refunded missing bottles (an average that didn’t cover the full amount for the missing bottles if I was to purchase them elsewhere), but did not even apologise or inquire about the cut to my thumb as I took the beer out of the boxes. Shut conversation after their reply.

Ordering and delivery were quick and unproblematic. The customer service was quick and polite. But … I ordered a selection of 5 different BEAVERTOWN beers (12 cans in total). Since not all beers were available, the two missing types of beer were replaced with additional beers of the other types. Unfortunately, they forgot to inform me of this fact, so I had to contact customer service first to get clarification. Very unsatisfactory. I don't have to order an expensive selection if only the most common beers are delivered at the end. However, the three varieties delivered were very tasty.

The excellent beer I had tried at Lidl was difficult to find as it was one of their middle isle deals. Finally tracked it down with you. Amazingly low priced! Package was incredibly well wrapped! Tracking the parcel was very easy, I was kept very well informed for its entire journey. I will definitely be using you again! So hard to track down good low alcohol beers - well done!

The beer according to the recipient was excellent however the choice of courier let everyone down by not delivering when and where it should have been.

Quality of product was really good although delivery was slower than promised and it wasn't possible to track or to contact the company as the system appeared to be down at the time.

Purchasing was straightforward, delivery expectations managed well. Communications were very good, and items arrived in the promised time slot.
