My account was suspended for a reason that I do not understand. Supposedly there was an "unauthorized claim". I have no clue what they are referring to and they will not reopen my account. Horrible customer service to try to figure anything out.

The functionality of the website is really good. The information for the most part is updated too. The only frustrating part is the amount of numbers that can come with one individual person. No fun having to call 14 bad numbers to get a hold of one person
