U should compare with your competetion to better understand your ratings. Some of your info is incorrect or confused with others in the same family.

It's a hit or mis with Been Verified. Sometimes I can get the information that I need and sometimes I cannot. I've been using this website for about 13 years. For the most part I've gotten more hits than misses.
Very difficult to log on use after the initial payment. Also impossibly difficult to cancel
