Great information
A lot of information is provided that is on point, however some is only by association. For example, addresses often are provided where an ex-spouse has lived but not the person. Additionally, the reports do not include marriages or divorces which are public records and should be the easiest of all court records to obtain. Start including divorce and marriage data and I will consider coming back to Been Verified.
Stop being so gimmicky,
I love using it for building my genealogical family trees. There are so many public record clues in one place accessed from the comfort of my home. BeenVerified saves me tons of travel time and expense in my research.
Been Verified gives me the most trusted info. I use a couple of sites and rely heavily on been verified info.

Logging on to BeenVetified is impossible. The original information revieved was valuable, then it simply wouldn't let me log in again. Therefore, retrieving subsequent information became impossible. Not worth the trouble or time.

Never once did I get a report on any of the inquiries I made. Also having to pay for each individual item, like name, or phone number is ridiculous. The more information I provided would cost more and more
CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
It was really difficult to cancel my subscription. They use dark design patterns to mislead you into thinking it’s been cancelled when there are more buttons to confirm. They billed me for 2 extra months.
The current addresses are rarely accurate and the relatives listed are not accurate either. I ran reoorts on some of my relatives. It listed neighbors as relatives. This has happened on a number of occasions…

It does your homework for you, aggregating public data. Does it really well. Interface could use some work.
