Competitive prices for the items I wanted, but dropped a star due to inflexible delivery arrangements. I was emailed with a delivery date, but given neither an estimated delivery time nor any opportunity to reschedule, which is not really good enough. Also worth noting that the items were delivered only in the manufacturer's own packaging - they were fine, but this could have made them more vulnerable to damage in transit.

Great product at a good price, unfortunately the item was damaged in transit (Not the suppliers fault), but it was replaced immediately with no drama at all, will defiantly buy from here again.

Delivery delayed 24 hours but I was kept well informed.

Only ordered a towel rail, but it was well packaged and arrived promptly. It’s now installed and looks great.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering but they have lost our business as they are an absolute shocking company to Deal with. I placed an order that the items said in stock, a few days later they cam back and said the items are out of stock and will be 2 weeks. I decided to wait as they are items I use regularly so ordered some elsewhere and received them next day. I chased these items up after 3 weeks to say they will chase them up with stores. Long story short is I have received 3 of 6 items after nearly 6 weeks and I am still chasing them up and being given excuses. I have now started my own list of companies not to use again as we are in the bathroom industry so place a lot of orders and Bathroom planet are on that list and I will definitely not be using again

In stock on line placed a decent order with next day delivery . 3 days later says out stock been 7 days no refund as of yet

The wrong products were delivered. You cannot talk to anybody just email and it takes days to respond. All they had to do was send the correct item and tell me where to return the incorrect item. 7 days, 3 phone calls, and 4 emails later I still don’t have my parts and have incurred costs from a plumber. Poor poor poor

Order was delayed due to the shower tray not being in stock, no notification to make me aware, I only found out when ringing to see when my delivery was arriving that day, it wasn’t and no one told me, so arranged for part delivery for next day. I’ve only received part of my part order as the panel was damaged in transit so had to be sent back. Had a call this is now out of stock so have to wait I asked if they could add to my outstanding and they wasn’t aware of the outstanding shower tray. So will wait and see if the panel and tray arrive on the booked date and it any good. The product it’s self is great for the price just need to work on the admin and logistics

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely terrible. Website shows goods in stock, two days later received an email advising items unavailable. Waited three weeks for a refund and this was after chasing them / phone lines not answered and customer service via email extremely poor. Will never use Bathroom Planet again and will not be recommending to our customers either.
