Product never delivered after a month, another company supplied the goods in 48 hours. Currently we have not received our money back.
Bathroom Planet take ages to give a refund, returned weeks ago. When I did get a refund it was for the wrong amount less than I paid. They arranged pickup for return. I have evidence proving the return, emails to & fro but still waiting. They then sent out a damaged 2nd cabinet but I can’t be bothered to return that one as it’s costing me money. Very poor customer service and quality. Disappointing

Item purchased over 2 weeks ago. Yet to be delivered and no correspondence on email after chasing multiple times. Was finally given new date and unsurprisingly also yet to be delivered and still no response from the company.
Would give zero stars if we could. Ordered a £1200 vanity unit which said it was in stock and received an email on Sunday evening advising it would be delivered the next day. Waited in all day and the unit didn’t arrive. Had to call about ten times before anyone answered the phone. When we finally got through, were told we must send an email. We received a call from Julie who advised that there had been a problem at the courier (strange that the problem occurred between Sunday evening and Monday morning). Due to having taken a day off work (two of us due to the size and weight of the unit), we requested a Saturday for redelivery but were advised that this would not be possible and in any event, redelivery had been scheduled for the next working day with no consultation with ourselves. We advised that we would not be in that day. In view of this and the non-existent customer service, we decided to cancel and requested a refund. For some reason, they are fast enough to take your money but unable to refund over the phone or on the same day. The next day, whilst we were at work, we received a call from a courier to advise that he was at our house with the unit. We were at work and there was nobody to take delivery (even though we had advised that we were cancelling the order). And still no refund…ten days later. Would never, ever purchase anything here again. Very “computer says no” and inefficient working practices. No customer service whatsoever. The guy who answers the phone is like a doctor’s receptionist…entirely unhelpful and patronising with no chance of getting through to anyone who can assist on the phone. Just the standard “send an email” or “I’m not going to argue with you” answers (which means issues take forever to resolve as Julie works through each email one by one including your replies instead of picking up the phone, sorting it all out and then confirming in one email. There’s far too much back and forth). And now we are unable to get a replacement until we receive our refund.

Items out of stock and will be delivered in 1 month! Why can’t they tell you this before you place the order!?

Avoid! Ordered shower head received it after 2 months now they will not do return, very bad customer service, don’t care about losing business
We recently got a whole new bathroom and decided to go with a company that did it all, pluming, tiling etc……we were not disappointed. Bathroom and kitchen planet were first class from day one. Nothing was a problem for them, the guys doing the work never stopped and their workmanship was 100% If you’re looking for a hassle free, beautiful bathroom, I would highly recommend them.

Said a few days delivery when ordering, then after a week of not hearing anyting i emailed to ask what was happening, to be told ot would be another 4 weeks until you had them in stock again.
Delivery did not turn up, no notification and took a week to reply to e mail chasing delivery
Still waiting for balance of order and no response to my email requesting an update on delivery.

Average service Slow at refunding money, Quick to take as they always say they have stock and clearly don’t, had this issue a few times now as a plumbing & heating engineer, obviously not got stock but advertising they do. Take your cash then get on the phone to suppliers who haven’t got stock then always make you wait for a refund. Then say it’s in our terms and conditions read them. Very patronising not professional Argumentative waste of time. Moral of the story for a multi million pound business is Don’t advertise parts you don’t have just because your suppliers guarantee they have,if you push there products you can get at a good rates.

Ordered a tap that was shown as stocked to find that it had been placed on back order for 3-4 weeks, not what you want when you are dealing with maintenance repairs for agencies and tenants who have no basin tap.
