Great cheaper and quick thanks

I was given a delivery date, without a specified time (which is bad enough, having to wait in all day). I had to take the entire day off work to wait for the delivery and guess what - it didn't show. I need to return the item and notice we have to cover the cost of return, and arrange the return etc, so emailed to ask if they could contribute in some way towards the cost due to the day of unpaid work I took to wait for the delivery. They said no - it is in their terms that it is just estimated delivery - I can understand estimated time on a day, but estimated day when they message you with the day and time is a joke. I was about to prepare a return and headed over to check reviews on here before committing to it - which I should have done first (but didn't because I foolishly believed their website where it said "rated as Excellent on Trustpilot") and noticed the terrible experience people have had. It is likely I wont end up getting a refund because they will dig out something else in their terms to justify not giving it. I will take a hit on the cost of this and then never use this company again.

Purchased a new flush plate for a geribit toilet frame. A week later I receive an email to say it was not in stock and won’t be for a few weeks. Needless to say I cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere. I am still awaiting the refund. Based on this first time experience with this company I would neither recommend or be using them again.

Still waiting for a toilet seat that was ordered about 12 weeks ago. It was in stock when ordered but did not arrive with rest of order. Keep being palmed off by saying it will be here the following week!

Ordered a Geberit sigma flush plate 4 weeks ago, still not had a dispatched email. When I ordered the flush plate it was showing ‘in stock’, but I received an email the following day saying the item was out of stock and due back in within “2-3 weeks”. 4 weeks later still not received my order. Emailed the company numerous times and had no reply. Avoid.

Terrible Company, cost us more money to replace bath they did not deliver, rebook plumber as had no bath and holiday days due to their non delivery , would not recommend

Ordered tap from Bathroom Planet, it arrived very promptly considering it came from the eu with all the issues involved since Brexit, they were very helpful when discussing this and always answered the phone immediately .

I really like the bath tap and basin tap I bought. They are stylish and modern.

Don’t use this company!!!!!! Sent back a £100 item that was opened but not fitted as incorrect part ordered. No refund offed as in small print “opened items cannot be refunded!?” Is this even legal under consumer law???? #Please please please don’t use this untrustworthy company.#

Vanity unit & worktop both came damaged. Trying to sort out replacements was painful. Eventually got the vanity unit. But still waiting for worktop OR refund for worktop! Customer service is terrible.

Bathroom Planet were helpful. There was a delay with the company that made the shower riser soap dish, they sent the wrong item.

Brought a Cistern and a wall plate, rejected at the door as the company delivery was a week late. Apparently they had a system update which caused this. Anyways. I got a partial refund and was told I will not be getting a full refund. Appalling service from this company. First the delay then no full refund. BE AWARE!!!!

Very good communication from this company. They communicated the delay on stock with my chosen bathroom radiator quickly but managed to swap the order for an alternative quickly and without. Thank you, Radiator now fitted and all looking good 👍
