Terrible customer service they don't believe in refinancing loans they want the full interest on their loans,doesn't make a difference if you you great credit, they still won't do refinancing on they loans.So be careful when dealing with them the con game is real.....

This is a horrible option for a credit builder. I had heart surgery and moved so I was behind ONCE after making my payments religiously prior. I called and requested a late fee reversal. Also making my payment. It sounded as though there was some compassion and that they'd approve it. Nope not even 24 hours and got a nasty response stating they wouldn't help me. Wow. Pretty scummy. Immediately closed this card and it enormous annual fee and other fees along with their inability to show any compassion to a good customer. Avoid at all costs. I do not understand how they review so highly on TrustPilot. Not sure I can put much weight into these ratings.

On an avanti train from Euston to Bham, 18:40 Only 5 rather than 10 carriages available, reservations for coaches A-E only. Not helpful when booked on carriage H. Standing room only. Very poor. Any compensation coming, let's see.....

Not only was the application process ridiculously long, I provided them with my income and somehow they added almost $1000 to that and then asked if I had another source of income! They were very hard to understand when they called me, and they never left a full voicemail, it was always cut off. I asked them to cancel my application, they processed it anyhow, and then rejected it. Also, the interest rate was over 31%. This was a horrible experience. I will never apply for a loan through Avant again.

DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! They charge an annual fee, then almost a year later, start charging a monthly fee of like $5 IN ADDITION to the interest charges they already charge!! Once I paid my balance in FULL, they still charged me $26 of interest charges on a ZERO account balance!!! Don’t fall for the trap!!
