Avant is a excellent card to have.

I was given a $5000 loan @ 260.00 a month payment. I paid it on time every month until it was paid off in 2 years. Not only was I turned down for a new loan, they sent me a letter for a $3000 credit card and when I applied, they gave me a $300 card. So much for loyalty to your customers.

I do not like that with an established business relationship, on-time payments, and regular use I am unable to get a credit line increase. I understand that it is a decision made by the company. As such, I will pay off and close this card. The sole reason for getting the card was to build better credit. My limit has not changed since I've gotten my account.

So far so good with my new Avant Card, I could use a higher initial limit though...I make more than enough money based on the standards for the card. Still a good card to have though!!

I was approved for a credit line with Avant it was a easy application and my approval was in minutes! I am so excited and happy to have my Avant credit card! Also customer service is fast and reliable!

customer service did not try to keep me as a customer when i said i didnt agree to a "pop up" fee of 107.99 annually and interest rate will be increased to 35.99 percent. ive been a customer for YEARS and never ever late on a payment and even paid off my cards usually when i got income taxes back every year but they determined that they needed to charge a loyal customer more or the customer could close account was the only option.

I found the process with Avant to be painless and quick. I was even surprised that my credit limit was higher than anticipated. I appreciate the ease of applying and how quick they responded.

This ridiculous company would not permit me to use a PO Box for my mailing address so I NEVER received my credit card! I live in a rural mountain town in Colorado and I have a physical address with a PO Box for my official mailing address. This very SUBPAR credit card company for reasons unknown, will not permit a PO Box for my mailing address. This makes absolutely no sense! I had to cancel the card. The customer service agents were impossible to understand and had very poor attitudes. Do not apply for a credit card through this company as they are the ONLY credit card issuer that does not permit a PO Box for a mailing address. Absolutely ridiculous!

I am a customer with Avant, I have paid my payments on time since I opened the account. I just lost my husband in Jan and made my Feb payment 4 days late and had a late fee added so I called the customer support line to explain to them my situation and if the late fee could be removed. I was told I would get an email I did they DENIED it. I am so frustrated since I am dealing with a lot right now and for them to have NO EMAPTHY it's beyond me. These are multimillion dollar companies that I believe a 29.00 refund would not affect them at all!!!!! I hope whoever reads this consider opening an account with them, they were very unhelpful !!!
