I like that they send me emails when it’s time for a credit increase and when a payment is due, you get reminders so you don’t forget . and with the app, it is so easy to make your payments or you can set up auto payment whatever you prefer. And It’s helping me build my credit. Great credit card

Excellent from start to finish. The entire process was great. I never felt any pressure.
Just got the card, unfortunately I ended up in the hospital and needed surgery. Once out of the hospital after getting surgery payment was made. Called customer service, agent advice as a courtesy late fee will be waived. Then received and email that it was denied. Called again and spoke with another representative and just said it was denied. Seems they say one thing, then another horrible service and they are not there for their customers .

Do not waste your time or inquiries using. This company The customer service is the worse and they are completely unreliable I have been trying to use my card which keeps getting denied and keep calling them, even with travel notifications I have a card that will not work. I keep going to pay using the avant- card and get denied every time. They say it’s their system and they do nothing to fix it. Don’t use them

This card was very easy to be approved for, my credit isn't the best, so I see this card as a win and a step in the right direction as far as credit goes.
It was an easy application and offered excellent benefits, especially for new members. The credit limit fits very easily into my budget. If I could rate it higher, I most definitely would. Plus, the features of online access and the app are excellent and easy to use.
