The technicians and fitting etc were excellent. The booking process is horrific so watch out. In my case I chose a slot which turned out to not be a confirmed slot. This meant i was supposed to leave the car and they’d do it if they could. But this was never communicated to me at time of booking and I only found out about it when I arrived at the arranged time. As they had no availability then my car had to rebooked into a guaranteed spot 2 weeks later. This was a waste of my time and also the technicians and I would not recommend Autoglass because of it despite the actual work etc being excellent.
Technicians very courteous and efficient. Only issue was company communication between Autoglass and Admiral insurance.
