Customer service was good. The wind screen replacement done by the technician on my car is poor. Not at all happy with it. So have to take the car back again

I approached Autoglass based on my last experience (20 years ago) when there were very few windscreen fitters. There was no hard sell, the lady that I talked to was a credit to the company. Autoglass is not the lowest price company. However, I trusted them to do a great job. I was not disappointed.
Technician Andy was first class. Everything run smoothly and the staff were professional and polite.

Brilliant - friendly contact centre staff and knowledgeable technician who came out to repair my windscreen before my work shift. Only downside is that you're not e-mailed a confirmation when you arrange a callback; it's not enough to knock a star off but I ended up arranging two by accident when I thought my first one didn't go through. Other than that, great service - hopefully I won't need to use Autoglass often but if I get any other troubles with windscreen chips I'll know where to go. Cheers!
