When my back window was smashed, overnight. I was told to call Autoglass. The response was immediate, the date of the fixing was given and on that day, it was carried out with a very friendly and impressive guy, His knowledge and experience was reassuring and his work was utterly efficient. The speed and tenacity and customer service I received was superb. Communication skills were on line. I ALWAYS knew what was happening. Tanx to all involved with the issue I Had. Screen replacement after large appeared. Very easy to arrange an appointment and work done was excellent. There are other companies but these are probably the best.

Quick and easy to book online without need of contacting the insurer.. the installer did not call with some time slot so it was a while day waiting and a bit of stress with school run. Finally, the installed windscreen could have been cleaned as to shone with freshness.. My wipers have been set a bit too low for some reason so now they catch against the bottom of the new windscreen.. not just annoying as the catching produces sound but surely also lowers life of the wipers..

Technician tried to sell me new wiper blades that I had already purchased so tried to charge twice. When I picked up the car the interior had a lot of debris left from the wind screen being replaced and the windscreen itself was of a noticeably poorer quality than the original.
The front wiper was recommended to replace and I did then it makes noise when it wipes the technician checked but it is not great because it makes noise when it wipes
