First appointment was cancelled on the day, when I received his call I presumed he was on route to do the job, however, his call was to say he could not do the job. It would be rescheduled to 6 days later and I would be given a 3 hour slot, which actually turned out to be a 5 hour one! The technician had no comprehension of customer service, when I expressed disappointment I was told it was lucky he was at work as he had family member terminally ill and he did not need to be moaned at.

We found auto glass through the insurance company when there was a crack in the windscreen. Find the location and arranging an appointment was easy although it would’ve been nice to have more appointment choices. The staff were incredibly polite and the car was fixed quick and easily.
