The property was nice. It had everything I needed. It was in an ideal location, close to greenery, shops, pins and restaurants. The furniture was in good condition and the room was spacious with good storage. Anytime the property needed something done, my tenancy agent handle it right away. Good service.

Acre makes life very easy by providing wifi, covering utility bills, cleaners and more for just one fixed payment a month. They're very prompt with the repair works that are needed to be carried out, and enough notice is given before anyone is to enter the property to come to fix an issue. I recommend them anyone looking to rent around London and especially first-time renters.

Having worked on the maintenance side of Acre Properties over the last 15 years I have seen the hard work and dedication that they put into making sure that their tenants are kept happy.If a problem arises they will fix it straight away regardless of cost and will always keep their tenants informed whilst the repairs are being carried out. By far the best letting agent/landlord I have ever had!! In my 15 years of renting properties, I have never known such a helpful and efficient letting company! The property is of a great standard and Acre often carry out maintenance and checks and upgrade appliances etc. without even being asked. They have a really slick and user-friendly site for reporting repairs and always act on requests really quickly. They also take any complaints/concerns very seriously and go above and beyond to make sure they are addressed. The team provide a really effective and professional service, whilst also being very warm and friendly. A huge thanks to Jonathan and the team for all their hard work!

I have had a great experience with Acre Property. Starting with efficient arrangement of viewings - the agent proposed to show multiple properties on the same day. Then Tenancy Administrator dealt with preparation of all necessary documents and checks in 2 days! They both explained everything well and were very friendly, understanding and professional. Very good company for finding a room in London. The process of viewing the room and finalising the contract was very simple and smooth. The team is always quick in answering and helping and sending someone for repair if needed.

Rob and the team at Acre Properties have been dealing with an upgrade and refurbishment to a building in which I live. The guys working have been very respectful of others during the upgrade, have been very generous with the improvements made (offering to upgrade our communal areas for the benefit of all), been very approachable with regards to their plans and highly efficient in getting things completed. From our initial contact, right through to signing the contracts, everybody we have dealt with has been truly 5-star! Alex, Jonathan, and Natalia have been brilliant. The property was exactly what we were looking for and we viewed it the same day we found it online!

Excellent service! After trying to find a property in London for several weeks with no result, Acre Properties was our saving grace! They agreed to meet us the same day with short notice and one of their agents Alex showed us round! He was very professional, knew his stuff, and made the viewing process very simple! After agreeing we wanted it, the rest of the process was very smooth and Natalia was perfect in getting all the documentation cleared as smoothly as possible! We are now moved in and love the place! Highly recommend their service for anybody who wants to experience a hassle free letting process in London!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided by Acre Properties. Ben was very nice and gave up his Sunday morning to show me multiple properties, all modern clean and spacious. Natalia was very lovely as well as efficient, prepared and thorough when it came time to deal with the paperwork.
