I am very pleased and happy with Acre Properties. They have been my Landlord for 8 years and provide an amazing service. The staff are excellent. If any repairs need doing they are usually fixed within the same day. Chris is my Property Manager and is an amazing guy and helps me and my family a lot, he really cares about his tenant's and if I call him to report a repair, he always calls me back straight away and has done a brilliant job of looking after me and my children, so much so that my son's middle name is 'Chris' named after my property manager - Chris. He is truly a good person and very helpful

Our experience started with Ben from Acre Properties showing us a gorgeous property in Chiswick. My husband attended the viewing and was impressed by Ben's knowledge of the property and his quick response to our further enquiries including a second inspection which I was able to attend. We were shown the property by another agent, Alex, who was very friendly and not only knowledgeable of the property but of the area. He even dropped us off in the centre of Chiswick providing a quick tour on the way. It was truly a great service with a smile. We were fortunate to secure the property and Alex and the team at the office were super quick to respond to our questions and were always a pleasure to deal with. The icing on the cake is we have now moved in and have a fabulous Property Manager, Jonathan, who is super attentive, fixing all the minor things - fast! He personally came over to inspect the property a few days after we had moved in to take detail of what we needed fixed. Only minor things as the property was in great working order but his attention to detail, quick response time and friendly nature has really helped us settle in. We have had many moves and we have to say our experience with Acre Properties has truly been a standout. More people would have faith in agencies if this was the level of service you received! I couldn't recommend these guys more highly - thanks for making our move a great one!

We have been tenant's of Acre Properties for many years now and we are very happy. They transferred us to a larger property when our second child was born. I have had a faultless experience with Acre Properties. From the helpful and prompt enquiry responses to actually moving in and resolving issues within the property, the whole process has been easy and all round positive. Can't fault Acre Properties I was a tenant for nearly 6 years and when there were any maintenance issues they were dealt with straight away if not the next day. I would highly recommend anyone in need of rented accommodation to go with Acre.

Really Great. Seamless process from sharing details of the property through to moving-in. Chris T has been fantastic responding immediately to any questions. Fresh milk and bread etc provided on check-in really nice touch. Acre seems unique in the West London area in owning, managing and maintaining their properties directly - and clearly care about tenants. Flat is well equipped, quiet and well located. Highly recommended. Don't go anywhere else.

Looking for a room can be very stressful. Luckily Alex James was so friendly from the get go. He was responsive via text and very friendly. Answered all my questions and was extremely quick and efficient with all the paperwork that followed. Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Excellent service so far. Their office staff were polite and efficient and they have been quick to respond to queries and sort out contractors to solve problems with the property. The property itself is of excellent quality at a reasonable price point for the area - no complaints!

They pay attention to safety regulations such as having electrical checks carried out on time .I can't praise them highly enough.
