If there has been any issues or any requests, they have been responded to within 24 hours. I couldn't recommend letting a property through Acre, enough!

I'd like to start saying I've been renting with Acre Properties since 2005. In my opinion this itself is a great compliment to this good and well established company. Staff and contractors are efficient and professional. However, I'd like to single out one staff member in particular, Chris Twiselton. Chris, is real gem, he's always cordial, helpful and would go the extra mile to accommodate a request or to fix a problem. For instance recently when my washing machine gave in after 12 years of service he arranged for a new machine to be delivered on the next day. What can I say there was no more excuse not to do my laundry. Thank you Chris for all your help through these years. I would certainly recommend Acre Properties to anyone looking to rent in West London.

I've been renting with Acre Properties since 2007 and I couldn't recommend them more highly. If there are any problems with the flat or repairs that need doing then they're on it straight away. Over the past 10 years I've got to know some of the repairs guys and the people in the office really well and they are all lovely people, especially Chris who has been there on the end of the photo whenever I've needed help with anything. The best thing is that I've been able to feel like my flat it my family home. They have the right balance of responsiveness to problems while also giving you space to enjoy your home. To anyone renting in London you will get a completely different experience with Acre.

I have lived in several properties owned by Alastair Kerr and Acre Properties ever since I moved to London in 2004. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful but the properties themselves are lovely and always fully furnished - which is always a great help. Whether you're starting university, starting a new job or even starting a family, Acre are a perfect company to choose your new home with.

I am a 28 year old professional working in central London. I rented a room with Acre for nearly 3 years. I can honestly only say good things about Acre. The rooms are furnished very well, there is no hassle with the monthly bills, the flatmates they find when someone vacates a room have always been great professional people, and most importantly - when there is an issue with the flat Acre is always one call away and happy to sort it out asap.

I had been a tenant with Acre Properties for nearly 6 years and moved only to buy a property of my own if I hadn't I would still be with them. I have dealt almost entirely with Chris Twiselton from the company who could not have done more to assist with any problems that have needed attention. Chris efficiently addressed the issues, co-ordinate work that needed doing and provided solutions with minimum fuss and rapid results. I have been very impressed by him and Acre Properties.
