I have associated with Chris Twiselton from "Acre Properties" for 8 or 9 years now. My company leases some of the Acre portfolio for the Social Housing Sector. Throughout this time Chris has always been very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The properties he offers us are always presented to a good standard. "Acres" are very conscientious about keeping the properties leased to us in good condition and show much empathy towards our tenants who are living on fairly low incomes. They are willing to accommodate them where possible when there are maintenance or repairs issues. I would be pleased to recommend them as a property supplier/landlord.

Acre Properties were very clear with the fees/costs upfront with no hard pressure selling unlike many other agencies. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. Their online portal made reporting any issues easy and these were addressed very quickly. From start to finish, it was a smooth process.

I cannot recommend Acre Properties highly enough. As a contractor, I have dealt with a lot of Letting agents some good and some not so good. Acre Properties, however, are the exception they really do care about their tenants, are very professional and have a great team of people. I must praise Chris for his polite and efficient manner who is always quick to respond to emails. All in all, Acre Properties are a 5star* business who offer an A+ service.

I have been a tenant of Acre Properties since 2006 and I have been looked after very well and any problems have been sorted swiftly. The team at Acre (I dealt with Chris) sell themselves as an excellent organisation who are prepared to take one step further than alternative suppliers and hold a light, for those who occasionally need one, at the end of a very long, dark tunnel through which they've journeyed.
