Acre Properties are amazing! I have lived in a flat run by Acre Properties for nearly 3 years now and the team have been nothing but supportive, caring, responsive & most of all kind! It's rare to find an agency that provides genuinely affordable flats & great customer service all in one. Hayley, the property manager, is always on hand with any issues that arise. Living in one of their properties for over 3 years now. Any thing that has come up has been delt with efficiently and in the speed that was needed for the situation. I have gotten prompt replies, with details on how situations will be delt with. I find all the staff that I have spoken with to be friendly and helpful no matter the situation. As a first time renter they have been patient as I was new to it all in the beginning and had so many questions about different situations. Overall I have had a great experience with Acre.

Looks good but poor quality. Everything is done for as cheap as possible most importantly sound insulation between rooms, can hear people as if they were in the same room

Rachel is the property manager of my flat and the flat opposite and she has been so great and supportive throughout my stay. She responds to emails and issues quickly and jumps to fix them and sort them out immediately. I can talk to her about any issue whether it’s small or big and she will make sure it’s addressed properly. The service she has provided and keeps providing is excellent.
