Friendly people, excellent web-site and app, good rates and quick delivery, easy to deal with and good at purchasing unused currency. I still get confused regarding Ace-FX and AirgoFX - same company different web-sites different prices. Amazon is Amazon so why dilute your brand - it is so good anyway.
Ordered my currency Sunday afternoon, collect them the day after. Fast and easy.

Had a negative experience with an Acefx staff last year. I was promised an enhanced rate as a gesture of goodwill for my trouble. The rate was honored today by a staff memeber named Mario. I'm a happy customer now!

Online instructions are not clear for ordering Euros. It said if ordered after 10am it would be ready after 4pm the next day and held for 24hours. So I go to pick up after the 4pm deadline, I went the next morning and was told it wasn't available anymore and that Euro can be picked up immediately but it didn't tell me this, and the person says to come back after 3pm if I want money. Luckily I work nearby. I got back to the office and realised that if I placed an order now it would be available which is what I did. I didn't see why they couldn't serve me straight at the counter and made the process very long winded!!
