Really helpful. In Canary Wharf it was very easy to find, and the exchange rates are pretty good. The employee was very kind to me even though I dropped by with quite a bit of money, without making an appointment ahead. Very patient and resolved the issue extremely fast. The exchange was fast and professional and I appreciated the little wallet they gave us, especially since it was made out of plastic than paper. Really appreciated everything, especially the fast service.

Great rates with great service. I use the London Bridge branch and the staff are always friendly, professional and very efficient. Love that I can order online the currency I need in advance. The only thing that has changed this year is the introduction of charging a fee for card payments, which is a slight inconvenience to get cash to avoid the payment as I rarley pay with cash for anything these days.
Cash turned up promptly as usual. Great reliable service. Only grype is it must be delivered to home address with signature when out at work and because of Post Office hours I have to take time off and return home, a round trip of 50 miles to sign for it at Post Office. Could it not be delivered to my work like Amazon?
