It was easy to order the currency that I wanted online. The only downside was that the delivery slot was for all morning, which tied me down a bit as I had to be in to sign for it.

The service was fine and the rate competitive. Only issue was that I am temporarily staying at a different property to where the payment card is registered so that meant waiting around at the 'other' address for 3 hours because the Royal Mail delivery time would only say a 5 hour window.
