Good rate, arrived well packaged and well packed. Only downside-£4.99 delivery fee which takes a bit away from the good rate. Would use again. My confirmation e mail went to spam which I did not check so asked customer services and got a really prompt reply.

A very good service. Not happy with being asked for ID at last minute at the time of transaction. Fortunately I had ID . The reason given to me for requiring ID for Tx over £1000 was thin ie "money laundering requirements ..the limit was recently reduced from £2.5 k to £1k" I was a MLO for some years and this sounds more like over enforcement of a principal by ACE FX in the wake of regulation changes. Otherwise a good experience and a very helpful young lady. I will use you again. Thankyou.
