Very easy to install the units and very easy to navigate the online portal. I would have no hesitation in recommending Abax far better than some of the others on the market and easy to swop units over to another vehicle without any charge.
If I could leave no stars then I would! Shocking experience, and locked into a 5 year contract, yes 5 years. Absolutely shocking how they can get away with this! I should of checked before signing I know, but you wouldn’t expect to get stitched up so bad by a company who does tracking? We took the units out due to faults & not using them. Tried to cancel the contract & they said no, you are locked in. Only way you can get out is by selling the tracking to other people & introducing other companies to Abax. Basically doing their job for them!!! Very lazy, poor service, poor contracts. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF I WAS YOU, use a reputable company with realistic contracts, 12, 18 months.....it’s no wonder they have big flashy offices within a football stadium, with all the innocent businesses they are robbing.

I find these tracker work ok The account system is a real let down. Invoices not sent to correct address . Warning letters issued and then carry on sending invoice to wrong address. Managers promise to sort things out and don't even ring to apologise or give reasons of failing. THERE IS NO CHANCE OF ME RECOMMENDING THIS OUTFIT.

Massively impressed with both the service and product. Always happy to drop any tasks to help us with anything we need, and have gone through what is a very thorough system in a very efficient manner. Tracking units themselves are very accurate and the detail available is second to none.

Have had Abax trackers for about a month now, and so far am not all that impressed. Have yet to receive a correct invoice from them, and information given on our account as to the location of our vehicles is very hit and miss. Already had problems with two trackers, and after looking again this morning, can see another one is wrong. Considering what we pay, and that we have just locked ourselves into a 3 year contract I do hope things improve. I cannot however fault the help we have received in sorting the issues, but we just want accurate, up to date information, on the location of our vehicles - not too much to ask, is it?

We have had an brilliant expericence with the chaps from Abax ...after having some equipment stolen for the third time(!!), we had to do something about it, and these friendly chaps came over straight away to explain how their system could help us. A brilliant live mapping tool that lets you keep an eye on exactly where everything is, can be used easily across any platform and will be great peace of mind the next time we have to go on holiday. They even came and installed for us, making the whole thing very quick and painless for us. Thanks to the whole team... we are very grateful for your services to us.
Really good experience with Abax. They came in and offered us a brilliant product at a very reasonable rate considering how much more advanced the technology is compared to our old one. They have been very helpful along the whole process and answer any questions you have swiftly. The tracker itself has been a revolution for us and helped us streamline our transport. Excellent customer service. Today (May 25th) I called James with concerns over my units delivery as it has yet to arrive. Within half an hour, he had visited me at my workplace and put my mind at easy. I have full confidence in their service.
