Excellent bit of kit, easy to install and the online portal is very easy to operate. Would recommend to anyone running a single vehicle, through to a fleet.

The ABAX system is simple to use and provides us with the information we require in a clear format. It has resulted in cost savings for the company and for some of our employees who have opted out of the fuel BIK and who now provide ABAX mileage reports (that meet HMRC requirements) to ensure that all private mileage is paid for by those employees.

We have found the ABAX vehicle trackers to be really useful for our construction company. They allow us to monitor the teams locations, fuel usage, vehicle milage and also input when the MOTs and Services are due. Abax is a super user friendly way to keep track on Plant and vehicles. It's super easy to use app and web platform makes it easy to locate and keep track of service hours for our equipment. We would definitely reccommend!

Great company to work with, having previously been signed up to one of the main brands (who shall remain unnamed, free publicity etc!) we were mightly disappointed with the overly complicated and cluttered online portal and also with their very poor customer service. After moving to Abax UK in 2019 we have a very clear screen showing just the right amount of info on the online portal where we view our vehicle map, we can fit and remove these trackers at our discretion, the customer service is very good - feels like there is a small team in their call centre and very often speak to the same person whenever there is an issue which is not often. Of the 2 issues where there was a fault over a fleet of over 30, a call later and some brief instructions and everything is back up and running or if that did not resolve the issue a replacement unit was sent out. If you are a fleet manager and you are unhappy with your current tracker provider, happily recommend Abax UK.

Fantastic product that finally allows us to track small plant items / machinary

ABAX helps us to cross check timesheets, We are often in places with no phone signal so being able to see where they are on the map is a great thing for us. The major thing for us is compliance. Also ABAX are always there to help when you need it,

We have had no issues with Abax since using them 2 years ago. Staff are always happy to help and training is offered if needed in regards to reports etc. Some of our vehicles had lost connection and we were advised on how to get this back up and running to make sure we are getting the most out of the service we have paid for. We are very happy with ABAX, we are now much more efficient and automated as a business. Using ABAX for equipment control has been highly effective to decrease the amount of time taken to log usage time and plan for servicing and maintenance. Reports are created every month providing information on hours or mileage to servicing and maintenance, as well as reminders for upcoming MOT and Tax. The system also generates reports on the average usage of machines which helps plan for scheduled maintenance of the machines, something which is a priority for our company and means that we can be confident in the safety of the machines we have on site. As a construction company with sites based across North Wales the ABAX Map allows us to get real-time information about where our machines and vehicles are located, as well as usage time. Machinery theft is an on-going issue within the construction industry, the ABAX Geofence feature allows us to create boundary around all sites, if machines go outside the geofence boundary we are immediately notified by text and e-mail which means hat this can be quickly acted upon, giving us peace of mind about the security of our assets. The ABAX system also reports on driver behaviour which we are able to use to educate, inform and train our staff. The ABAX system is simple to use and has been extremely cost effective as it generated a lot of the information that we need automatically for us, making it a far more cost effective for our business.

Installing Abax to our race transporters enables us to track our vehicle movements across Europe. It is vital we know exactly where they are at all times given the valuable equipment and race cars we transport against tight deadlines.
