From start to finish, my experience with Abax has been very positive. Didn't push the sale, explained the product well and let me make my own decision. Aftercare has been good and you can speak to someone if you need too. I've recommended them to several colleagues who have joined up also.

Abax have served us extremely well in the couple of years I've been managing our fleet. What's helped me more than anything is the fantastic customer service I've received - when a unit becomes fauly, it's replaced immediately at no charge. When a problem occurs, a quick email and it's usually resolved within a very short timeframe.

Abax product is now an internal part of our business and critical to our operation and financial reporting functions. Customer service and speed of response from the abax team is also on point.

After a very relaxed conversation with George in sales it was an easy decision to use Abax for the monitoring and tracking of our plant. The annual cost for the peace of mind knowing you can monitor usage and geofence the equipment made it a no brained add quick delivery and easy in-house installation and set up make Abax tracking a breeze. I have recommended them to friends and work associates as I believe them to supply a quality value for money service with friendly knowledgeable staff to back it up!

What a brilliant find...would completely recommend to anyone who is wanting peace of mind by having an affordable tracker fitted. Luke in Sales was polite and knowledgeable and trackers were promptly dispatched and arrived following day. Jack and Vicki were very professional and helpful during the fitting of the trackers and took time to explain how to use the website and app. Thanks goes to all!

The tracking system itself is good and does the job. However we were informed before buying the system that you had flexibility with regard to numbers i.e. if your vehicle numbers dropped so did your monthly subscription -this isn't the case! You will be charged for each unit for the full 3 years.

So easy to use, really explained the benefits and have found it so much easier to record my mileage instead of manual - Great customer service too - Thanks Kev & Team
