Always easy to get a hold off when you need help or support. Intuitive and easy to use apps. Not many companies also give regular courtesy calls to check all is going well to offer support but ABAX do. Great service and value for money.

Abax tracking has provided quick, simple, helpful peace of mind for our machines and trailers. We have tried 2 other tracking companies and had nothing but issues or poor communication- Abax have been the opposite, always willing to help, and at the end of the phone anytime we need.

Possibly the worst tracking providers there is out there, the most disgusting and rude staff and the unlimited issues we received with the units was relentless. There was zero help from the customer care team team and we was left with trackers that just didn’t update or work efficiently. The app was awful and we couldn’t get onto live tracking nor anything els on the app worked either. I guess you pay for what you get. This is awful, everything about it. From the moment I was completely harassed by a sales man in the initial stages singing and dancing about how great they are, completely fell into this one! He even guilt tripped me into setting up an account due to him really needing the commission. They ring you every day and bombard you until you sign up! The moment we installed these, I had big issues telling me my kit was on another road when it was in my garage all along, it just never corrected or updated so therefor it’s completely doing the opposite of what I needed it to do. There awful. Stay clear.

Excellent product and the customer service to date from our account manager is superb. We moved away from another company and tracker, due to poor signal in many areas and this had a major effect on all of our reporting and mileage claims. So far we have not yet had one bad signal in the 6 months of our vehicles using them. Really easy to fit ourselves also.

Awful company with awful customer service, tie you into long 3 year contracts on the sly with no way of getting out of them, I would never advise anyone to go with this company

200-odd minis ordered and around 50 vehicle beacons. The system had great promise and the website is good and easy to use but of the 200 minis (that took around 3 months to get fitted to 200 garden machinery tools), around 25% stopped working within a year. When they stop working you then have to spend time working out if the tools is indeed lost and then organise a replacement to be fitted. For us this was not an easy task with vehicles across the South East of England. We also had beacons fail on us so seems like there are hardware issues with the kit. Do not use the FREEPOST address to return items as they are not tracked and failure to return a faulty mini is charged at £11 and a beacon is £85! The vehicle tracking interface is good on a web browser and the geofence alerts works well with very few issues. However when using the app to locate a vehicle, we found it was not updating so would try to use the 'navigate to' function only to find no van. Thankfully we were running this alongside existing OBD connected trackers which are much more accurate. We have cancelled our contract after less than a year (which is good considering some tracking companies make you sign a 3 year contract) but when asked if i could get a credit for the 50-odd minis that are not working as there was no point in replacing them, i was told no. Abax said they can replace them but was reminded if i didn't return the faulty ones in 30 days i would be charged £11 each. It will cost us too much time to find where the tools are located and replace the minis only to have to take them out again when the contract ends, just disappointing they took this stance.

Their invoices are never correct. When there is a problem it takes a year to rectify, and in the meantime they pass you to debt collector, and continue to send payment reminders.
