Commandé un mercredi matin, reçu le venderdi matin suivant. Deux jours de la Californie à la Suisse ce n'est pas mal du tout. Les frais de port sont de 35$ mais au moins on paye pour un bon service reçu.

I sent them my watch to them for a crystal repair and cleaning and polishing, they did a supper job of repairing and polishing my watch , look brand new when I got it back, I was very please with there quick service.

Total Watch Repair.com is a very useful site. I've searched other websites and found Total Watch Repair to be the best overall. Their selection is huge, offering the customer a wide variety of different leathers and man-made materials for their bands. Pricing is very reasonable when considering the quality. I've found that each watch band is stamped (inside) with the words "genuine leather" along with the size of the band (the ends that attach to the watch case). Stitching penetrates the entire thickness of the band which is a sign of quality. Their leathers are soft and supple and feel expensive to the touch. Pins are included with your order which is a nice touch and very welcomed as new pins are most always needed when replacing a watch band. I recommend this company highly.

My Seiko watch is 30 years old, an anniversary gift with special meaning, and still works perfectly. The unusual original metal band had broken and I had looked extensively for any kind of appropriate replacement that would fit the watch to no avail before finding Totalwatchrepair online.. When my watch band broke recently, I figured I would have to settle for a cheaper looking replacement. I am so happy I found totalwatchrepair. I ordered a Teju Watchband around the festive season, unfortunately for me, the shipment got stuck at the USPS facility. This was brought to my notice by the customer service at Totalwatchrepair, who went to check up on the order. Being the festive season, it's understandable for there to be delays. However, after 2 weeks and it not being dispatched, i've contacted totalwatchrepair again, and they apologized for the delay and inconvenience despite it not being their responsibility. They offered me another watch band despite the increased price difference. Not to mention the prompt replies from them with regards to the problem i'm facing. It's truly fantastic service which i've not encountered from anyone else except for totalwatchrepair. Would not hesitate to order something else from them.

Oops...ordered the wrong color when I ordered online. Called customer service and she said the order hadn't shown up with her yet but she would make a note and make the adjustment in the order. It came to me in the right color! Also, quality of product was better then I expected.

I would like to recommend Totalwatchrepair now. to anyone. They stock a variety of watch bands/straps and tailor your order to suit your individual needs. Trying to find them in departmental or box stores is a waste of time because they do not stock them anymore. So I was delighted with what they offered and the speed with which the order was executed. I also learned that they replace crystals for cheap watches too, something that jewelers do not do anymore, and it they do, they cost a fortune! I needed a clasp for my watch and they requested the numbers on the band and there were none to be found anywhere. I asked if a pictures would work. She said yes and within 1 hour she had contacted the manufacture and had the clasp on the way. Very easy to work with. Thank you for being so dedicated to getting the item I needed within 10 hours of my emailing you. Actually it was probably less than 10 hours. Thanks again.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong band for my watch. Total Watch Repair's customer service (in helping me return the band, etc.) was WORLD-CLASS. I'd give TWR 10 stars if it were possible!
