I had my grandfather's watch, a 1947 Bulova Princeton that had been thrown in a box for 50 years! I wanted to see if it could be restored and repaired. TWR did a beautiful job. Looks like new and runs like a top. Wasn't inexpensive, but once again it hadn't been wound in at least 50 years and is over 75 years old. I am really enjoying it!

Total Watch Repair is incompetent and dishonest. We sent my husband's watch to them after it stopped working. It is an automatic watch, which winds from hand motion. When I finally got the estimate for repair, TWR was quoting more than the cost of replacement for the watch. They said that several major parts were "broken, including the mainspring." The watch was never misused, and I asked for it to be returned. I took the watch to a local watch repair, and the gentleman there said he now tells his customers to avoid automatic watches. He merely wound the watch, and it has been working perfectly since then. Could this happen with a broken mainspring? I THINK NOT. They obviously never opened the watch and tried to scam us out of almost $1000.

First this review is for an online order. Ordering was very simple and fast. However trying to receive any update information from this organization regarding my order number 32143 is impossible. I sent them six different emails, all without any response. Shipping was to be 3 to 5 days and it is now 7 days, without any more information. I do not recommend this organization to any one for an online order. NOT RECOMMENDED.

These guys did a repair for me on a Swiss Military watch. Stellar results and it looks great and is running great. Thank you.

Fast and a pretty darn good price for repair of my Oakley watch. Communication was very good. Received my watch via federal express and could not be happier. I will be using them again and would recommend them highly and definitely over Oakley Watch Repair in Layton, UT.

Quite happy with my restored vintage wind-up watch, it's beautifully clean and keeps good time. I noticed they pay attention to detail, replacing a part that I wasn't expecting. I asked for a silicone band, and they put a lovely one on which matched nicely with the gold watch. Quite happy with the other watch, too, which got a new movement, and I was pleased to see the scratches gone from the crystal. Nothing to complain about at all. The customer service was excellent and the work was high quality.

Handed Totalwatchrepair a very difficult repair issue. The watch I sent them was a gift to my son for his graduation from grad school. Sadly the watch has come back to me. So when it stopped working it was more than just a broken watch. Thankfully the techs at Totalwatch spent the time to solve the problem and return a working watch to me. The techs even called me to discuss my watch. Thanks to hard work and tenacity I have a very special watch again. Highly recommend Totalwatchrepair for any watch needs....

After returning my watch to you (because it didn't work after you repaired it), you gently informed me that I might not be using it properly - because it worked just fine for you. I spoke with three people, all of whom were as sweet and competent as they could be, you convinced me to take my watch back and try again. Someone even took the time to type out instructions on what to wind where, etc. Please imagine my tears (really!) when I wound the watch, wound the alarm, and than adjusted the leg until the alarm went off: the alarm was a music box rendition of "I Could Have Danced All Night," which I hadn't heard in 47 years. My Dad gave me that watch when I graduated from college, and it was my alarm clock until I broke it, and couldn't afford to have it fixed. It languished in the back of my jewelry box until I found you. Thank you for your good service, kind approach, and lovely memory.

I would recommend Total Watch Repair as they did a wonderful job on my Skagen Watch. I sent my watch to a manufacturer repair service and they sent it back saying it wasn't repairable. Total Watch cleaned, repaired face dial, put new crystal in and polished it for a GREAT price. I'm impressed and will certainly use them again!

From the gal at the front desk (Nicole) to the watch technicians and everybody I met, they were fantastic! I had several watches that all needed something - adjustment, repair and a custom watch band. TWR people were super nice, and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood best options. Quick delivery and perfect fit. Only lasted a few months though. Too bad that there is only a 30 day return policy and no warranty. I have an office job and only wear my watch occasionally so I have to assume that the quality is poor. I'll buy a new watchband from somewhere else.

They at first told me the band would have to be ordered directly from the mfg.. After I followed their advice, they contacted me again saying they could help me. Too late, but they gave it the old college try ! I'd contact them again ,just because they went out of their way a second time to help me. I wish more businesses were that helpful .

I came across Total Watch Repair online when i Was searching for a replacement watch band for my Swiss Army watch. I ended up calling the number on the website so I could ask a question. The rep that assisted me when very helpful and seemed sincere which was a pleasant experience. He helped me find the exact band I was looking for. I saw they also do repair services on watches as well. I sent in my watch for a cleaning and a crystal replacement a long with a new watch band. They completed the service fairly quickly. They returned my watch back to me with the new band attached and my watch looked and worked amazingly. Initially, I was a little skeptical to use the live chat on this website. However, I instantly felt comfortable and felt like the representative truly wanted to help me find the perfect band. Not only did he give me MULTIPLE options based on the preferences I had, but he gave me his personal opinions which helped immensely!! He spent 28 minutes trying to find the perfect band for me!!!! I couldn't be more grateful and would recommend this site to anybody who values customer service!

Firstly, the service was outlined clearly and although I had hesitation I was assured by the end of communication that my watch would be well taken care of. It was! My watch was returned to me within a couple of weeks fully functioning and looking almost like new. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to have their watch treated well and returned to them promptly. My only complaint is that they do no have more locations.
