I had very quick communication and it was fixed fast for a good price. They even set my watch to my time zone so when I got it back it was ready to wear. (Nice touch). :-) I'm wearing it right now. I was disappointed with the replacement strap that was put on my $600 Seiko Sportura Watch.The strap looks very cheap.It should have had some type of design to match the watch.

I found an old watch (a Benrus) of a coffee can full of pennies, I was not working and was scratched up a bit. so I found Total Watch Repair online an\d sent it to them. The did an excellent job cleaning and reconditioning the watch and did so at a price that was very fair. I would use their services again!
