Ordered a part as per some of the other comments on this page. The part was on back order for a time and then obsolete. A refund was promised after three email from me it is still awaited it was only £10 but it is the principle of poor customer service and the total lack of reply to Emails pointing out the facts which I find hard to accept. Clearly there are also happy customers for this company so everyone will have to judge their own experiences.

Ordered a part for a kitchen appliance -still waiting six weeks later - emailed several times - no satisfactory reply - would never use them again!

Found a spare part for my fridge on the spares2go website and placed an order. They took my money straight away but 6 weeks passed and there was no sign of the item despite repeated e-mails to them. The phone number they supply on their site is fax number and so you can't call them. Two weeks later later I received an e-mail saying they could not supply the item and they will send me a cheque. No cheque has turned up and am still waiting one month on. Recommend you don't touch this company with a barge pole. Their communication is shocking and clearly they do not treat their customers fairly.

Good easey to use web site. Finding the part for my oven was no problem. The part now goes under a different number but this was made clear in the search result. Simple job to place order and make payment. Recieved conformation and tracking number. Was notified when item was posted and it arrived as expected. Was the correct part and my cooker is now as good as new. The part was £18 (postage included) from here but at least £24 plus postage from other web sites so I think all in all this company deserves 5 stars. Thanks vey much.

The lid of my Moulinex Food Processor broke and I couldn't find a replacement here in Spain as it's an old model. I looked on the internet by chance and really didn't expect to find it. But find it I did. I was a little sceptical, but for the 12 pounds I paid I thought why not. It did take a little longer than I was told, but it was over XMas so it was understandable and I was also informed of the delay. After that though, I received the lid quickly and in good condition. I am really very happy with the service and the price I paid. It also meant that i didn't have to buy a new, expensive machine to replace the broken one.

My elderly parents ordered a pressure cooker seal. Nine months later no part delivered and no contact. Putting order number into site consitently returns awaiting delivery from supplier. Note it is impossible to contact this company by phone. They only give fax and email details. Three emails and no response. The registered office is a general accountants office not directly linked to Spares2Go.

Finally received my filters with an apology for the delay. A long wait for a small item which fortunately did not impair the equipment while waiting. To be able to contact the company and cancel the order to buy elsewhere would have been nice to do.

Ordered a part for my oven received no confirmation they took my money but i received nothing! E mail contact page not working, no tel numbers. have to resort to the credit card company for any hope of my money back. Avoid this firm at all costs

Ordered a part for my Food Processor, it came sooner than expected as it had to be posted to Spain anddddddd now my Food Processor is working again ! I also found the website easy to use !!

Update on my experience with spares2go: I will upgrade them to 4(of5) stars because they did indeed repay my expenses including return shipping. Let my experience be a warning: I ordered a control know for my blender; they sent a wrong part, did not fit. Cost: ~$35.- I wrote an email asking for return instructions; to my surprise they immediately replied with: "MODEL NUMBER REQUIRED - Hello again - Yes, we should be able to help, but we will need the full model number from the product." So I wrote them the model number. Then they asked for a photo. I sent them a photo - and after that, nothing. I've email 4 x and never got an answer back. Clearly their web site had the wrong model associated with the part. But they are ignoring my emails, and I am left with a $ 35.- knob that does not work!!! a $ 35.- knob that does not work!!! I hope they read this and will reply to my emails! SCAM!

I found this company from a Google search and emailed them my query via their website. The response came back within the hour with the information I required. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I would certainly come back and use again, and recommend my family and friends to you. Thank you.

Excellent service - very speedy delivery even though the website said it would take longer. Excellent price - I couldn't find anyone any where near as good. Very easy to use website - it's now in my favourites. My £80 kettle now works again for under a tenner - I'm going to try to repair rather than replace from now on. I've already recommended you. Thank you!

item arrived very quickly within specified time stated on website. I use spares 2 go whenever I need any domestic spares for my house. I have never had any problems with any products and have used them for 8 years and shall continue to do so. Thank you spares 2 go keep up the good work.

I ordered from them,they took my money and sent me a fan that was broken as well as cheap tatand very expensive,they ignored my phone messagesand contacted me by email,they denied that there was anything wrong with the fanand suggested I send it back for them to investigate which I did ...that was over two weeks ago and guess what NOTHING ,no email, no phone call and surprise surprise no money back. No, dont touch them with a barge pole..postscript I see that spares2go have SUDDENLY found a couple of satisfied customers hmm I wonder what that cost them,by the way I STILL have not recieved my refund ..24/3/2010 ..so spares2go resent my comments well thats tough,the fact of the matter is that they took my money sent cheap and shoddy goods that were damaged they would NOT answer my calls or were even prepared to talk to me I sent them back the goods by ROYAL MAIL.they have denied ever recieving them, they wont refund my money..[but this is what rip off merchants do anyway]. AND AS FOR NOT BEING AWARE THAT THIS SITE EVER EXISTED.. just shows how proffesional they really are... 30/03/2010 update--- reported to this sites customer service because they are not happy with my comments...AND STILL NO REFUND...I think I will report spares2go to the local SHERIFF after all he should know how to deal with COWBOYS..oh and I see still only 2 reviews...must be short of friends..5th may 2010 nearly 3 months now and still no refund ..this company really are a bunch of thieves and liars
